WHICH RESORT SHOULD WE GET LIFT TICKETS FOR?
Here is some guidance/suggestions when it comes to Lift Tickets…
If you or someone in your party snowboards… you will want a Park City Lift Ticket, as Deer Valley does not allow snowboarding.
If you are also doing lessons… we recommend Deer Valley, as we believe that their Ski School is significantly better than Park City Mountain Resort.
If you have people that are “not skiing” and others in a Lesson, we recommend Deer Valley, as there are better/easier to access lunch options to meet up at.
If your visit is between Opening Day and mid-December or after early March, and you are planning on skiing or snowboarding at Park City Mountain Resort, we suggest getting the NON-DISCOUNTED Lift Tickets… as these type of tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE. This means that if you purchase a “3 Day EPIC Day Pass” and only use 2 of the days—you cannot get a refund for the 3rd (unused day). In addition, if the snow conditions are not great, it is not a valid excuse for a refund.
